NDA & Terms of Engagement

Please read the following terms carefully. You must acknowledge and e-sign below before the registration form becomes available.

  1. District-Bound Assignment. Cases will be offered to you only from your registered home district/state, as selected in your registration form.
  2. Confidentiality. All case, client and firm information shared with you must be kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of the assigned matter.
  3. ADM-Set Fees. Fees for any assigned matter are determined by AXIS Dispute Management. You may not independently negotiate, alter, or collect fees directly from the client.
  4. No Direct Client Payment. You must not accept or request payment directly from the client. All payments are routed through AXIS Dispute Management.
  5. Milestone-Based Payment. Your fee share is released in parts, linked to case status/milestones, to the bank/UPI details provided in your registration.
  6. Shared Case Basket. Cases are drawn from AXIS Dispute Management's shared case basket as matching matters arise; consistent, good outcomes improve your visibility for future assignments.
  7. Subscription & Renewal. Registration is active only for the subscription period selected. On expiry, you must renew your registration to remain eligible for new assignments; AXIS Dispute Management is not obliged to notify you before expiry.
  8. Case Assignment will be on Case Availability. Registration and subscription payment do not guarantee that you will receive any case. Assignment depends entirely on whether AXIS Dispute Management has a matching matter available in its case database for your district and area of practice at a given time.
  9. Term & Termination. AXIS Dispute Management may suspend or terminate your registration for breach of these terms, at its discretion, without affecting matters already assigned prior to termination.
